Shakti Aerial Yoga Foundations
Shakti Experience- Begin your Shakti Aerial journey with this special offer just for you. We will meet on the same day and time teach week for 4 weeks to build foundations of Shakti aerial yoga. Each session will cover foundational terminology, wraps, binds, and breathing techniques as we move through the asanas. We will also cover all fabric safety practices. You will leave feeling wonderfully relaxed and connected.

4 week beginner Yoga series


At Shakti we believe that yoga is so much more than just Asana practice, in the beginner yoga sessions our students will learn other aspects of yoga such as yamas, niyamas, and science of chakras. Yoga is a practice that helps to promote mental and physical wellbeing by combining physical poses, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation. By practicing yoga regularly, not only does the body become strong and flexible, it also brings a great sense of connection to your inner self. The beginner class series introduces the science of yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. We will meet same day same time for 4 weeks as we work towards developing our practice.
