All of our Shakti classes are divided into 3 categories
Hatha and Nidra Yoga
30 min of Hatha Yoga & 30 of Yoga Nidra Hatha Yoga is an incredible practice that can bring balance to the physical body, as well as the mental, emotional, and spiritual self. Through each posture (asana), breath work (pranayama), and relaxation, we can become more aware of our body, breath, and energy. Yoga Nidra is a wonderful practice to access a deeper level of relaxation and can be very beneficial in relieving stress and anxiety. It can be thought of as four times the restorative sleep and can help us to access a place of peace and harmony within ourselves.

Aerial Restorative and aerial float
Take a pause from your busy life and enjoy the stillness. Bring stillness through meditation breath work and passive restorative poses and merges them in aerial stillness. One of the best class you can do for your Mind Body and Soul.
Yin and aroma
Yin Yoga is an incredibly beneficial practice that helps to create a sense of peace and relaxation. Combining it with aromatherapy
adds an extra layer of stress-relieving benefits. The combination of the calming postures of yin yoga and the aromatic blends of sweet orange, geranium, lavender, mint, and eucalyptus creates a soothing environment that encourages stillness and tranquility. Taking some time for yourself to practice Yin Yoga and Aromatherapy is a wonderful way to give yourself permission to
slow down, relax, and be present in the moment.
Yoga for Seniors
Yoga is an excellent way to improve your overall physical and mental wellbeing. It can help to improve strength, flexibility, balance and range of motion, reverse or prevent osteoporosis, decrease stress, and improve memory and brain health. Our senior yoga classes are designed to be fun and challenging, while providing detailed instruction and offering props and modifications as needed. We also provide chairs for those who may find it difficult to get up and down off the floor. Come join us and bond with other wise souls while improving your physical and mental wellbeing. Breath and movement
Hatha yoga stretches, postures and pranayama sequenced and modified for individual students that attend the class —great opportunity to get personal attention (non-touch) and expand your experiential understanding of yoga. Enjoy a deep savasana as the recorded sweet sound vibration of a short sound bath of crystal bowls surround you.
Energy work- Chakra yoga
Welcome to Chakra Yoga! In this class, we will work with the chakra energy centers of the subtle/energetic body to help harmonize and balance the physical and spiritual body. We will use yoga asana postures, breath sets, mudras, mantras, and chant to help bring awareness and connection to each chakra. We also offer hands-on adjustments and mentorship in understanding the practice techniques and philosophy of the
chakra system. We look forward to exploring and connecting with the energy centers of our subtle body with you!
Delicious Aerial stretch and flow
An amazing class! You’ll be able to experience the benefits of both active movements and deep stretching using aerial
hammock as a prop all in one session, which will be sure to leave you feeling refreshed and strong. And the guided meditation will
be a great way to relax and give your body a chance to restore itself. You’ll come out of this class feeling energized and alive!
The Shakti Breakfast club. Early risers, this one is for you. Bring your morning beverage and some deep breaths to this delicious breath movement floor based grounding class. Grounding and energy activating class is a great way to start your Saturday morning. Soulful Saturday’s at Shakti!
Allow your Shakti to rise with the powers of Full moon. Unleash your inhibitions and tap into your primal essence. Meditate on your own feminine divinity embracing your inner goddess. Slowly rising ourselves into feminine divine flow through our chakras., as we raise our vibrations and our energy we will dance like no one is watching and release our inhibition and letting out everything held back as we dance to tribal beats, Immersing ourselves into our bliss body. Finish with journaling/ drawing our intentions visions and work on the science of manifestation.
