Yin and Tonic
Practice Yin and Yoga Nidra (ultimate tonic for your wellbeing), a perfect combination to access deeper into your inner being, Body and soul.
Yin Yoga is an incredibly beneficial practice that helps to create a sense of peace and relaxation. Combining it with aromatherapy adds an extra layer of stress-relieving benefits. Taking some time for yourself to practice Yin Yoga and Aromatherapy is a wonderful way to give yourself permission to slow down, relax, and be present in the moment.Yoga Nidra is a wonderful practice to access a deeper level of relaxation and can be very beneficial in relieving stress and anxiety. It can be thought of as four times the restorative sleep and can help us to access a place of peace and harmony within ourselves.
Aerial Restorative Yoga
Importance of Deep Relaxation thru Restorative YogaExperience Blissful and Restorative Aerial Yoga for Beginners. We will explore fundamentals including zero compression inversions while still feeling the support of the ground, stretching with the support of the aerial silks and floating in relaxations off of the ground! You will learn the ins and outs of the yoga silk, the principles and techniques of aerial This class is designed to be relaxing and restorative, with a focus on fundamentals that include inversions and stretching with the support of aerial silks.
There are no prerequisites for this class, it is perfect for beginners.
Shakti Aerial Yoga- Beginner
Discover the Basics of Aerial Hammock with our class designed for Beginner’s. This class is perfect for those with no experience in aerial silks. Our participants will learn the fundamentals of aerial hammock, including inversions, basic asanas, and key vocabulary. Our classes also incorporate balance, strengthening, and stretching exercises to help you get comfortable with the technique. We recommend taking 4 beginner classes before moving to intermediate level. Our Intro offer is perfect for Beginners to Aerial yoga.
Vinyasa Yoga Beg. Series
Explore body alignment and deep breathing while developing strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive environment. These series are designed for the brand new student, yet experienced students may attend to reinforce the basics. This beginner’s vinyasa series will take you back to the fundamentals, build a strong foundation and understanding of proper alignment and technique in some of your most basic yoga poses. Class will be guided by breath, exploring sun salutations, move slowly and thoughtfully with time for exploration of your body and breath followed by a cool off with seated twists, backbends, forward folds, and inversion. End your practice in a deep and restful Savasana.
Om Sweet Om - Breath & movement
Grab your coffee and head to your favorite place!Begin with gentle yoga, inviting movement and stretches for your body. Placing awareness on our breath as we move, We will wake up our body gently and practice pranayam. The class will be meditative in its essence. Enjoy a deep savasana as the recorded sweet sound vibration of a short sound bath of singing bowls surround you.
Experience Restorative Yoga’s Profound Relaxation Benefits. This class is specially designed with soft floor-based sequences that incorporate bolsters, blankets, and props to help practitioners fully unwind their muscles. The gentle postures also reduce mental activity, shift emotional patterns, ease breathing, and activate the nervous system’s healing abilities. Suitable for all ages and skill levels, this hour-long class is ideal for anyone seeking deep relaxation. Restorative yoga allows you to enter a state of complete relaxation by holding poses for longer periods with the support of props, without strain or discomfort. Its primary goal is to achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation through pose relaxation.
Its a Strech- Stretch and Flexibility
Stretching is a necessity for the longevity of your muscles and body. It prevents injuries.
Stretch and flow is an amazing class! You’ll be able to experience the benefits of both active movements and deep stretching using aerial hammock as a prop all in one session, which will be sure to leave you feeling refreshed and strong. Finish with deep relaxing savasana, a great way to relax and give your body a chance to restore itself. You’ll come out of this class feeling energized and alive!
Belly Dance- Beginners
Enjoy the art of belly dance in this fun 8 weeks beginner class. Learn the basic movement of bellydance, and pack it into stunning little choreo combination. Learn a bit of the history , different styles while getting a medium impact workout. No dance experience required. Come dressed comfortable. Ballet shoes are optional. Bring some water to hydrate and get your shimmy on.

Chit Happens- Moving Meditation
Meditation is a practice which helps you to know yourself better, appreciate yourself and others more. Science has proven that regular meditation can have powerful long-lasting effects. Meditation helps to activate our rest-and-digest system and begin the process of ushering our body back to a more natural and calm state. Our body begins to heal and grows stronger and more resilient. Through meditation you begin to notice your body and mind more easily let go of daily stressors and challenges. You feel calmer. You can focus more clearly. You can be more creative. You feel more balanced and comfortable in your skin.

Energy work- Chakra yoga
Welcome to Chakra Yoga! In this class, we will work with the chakra energy centers of the subtle/energetic body to help harmonize and balance the physical and spiritual body. We will use yoga asana postures, breath sets, mudras, mantras, and chant to help bring awareness and connection to each chakra. We also offer hands-on adjustments and mentorship in understanding the practice techniques and philosophy of the
chakra system. We look forward to exploring and connecting with the energy centers of our subtle body with you!
