Day 1

Practicing gratitude is always in season.
Begin with Self Study on your first day, any revelations to your self through self study write them in your journal.

Self Study: Adjusting Our Mindset

As we move forward, it’s important to take a moment to reflect on how our past experiences have influenced who we are today. Let’s be grateful for the lessons we’ve learned along the way. Additionally, consider recreating past situations in your mind. How would you have preferred things to play out? By doing so, you can train your mind to expect positive outcomes and let go of negative memories.

Day 2

Morning Gratitude Ritual

Try Out the Morning Gratitude Ritual. Every morning begin your day by listing at least three things you’re thankful for.

Share your gratitude ritual with someone and watch your joy grow.
Reflect on the Impact of Gratitude
How did focusing on gratitude affect your mindset and outlook on the day? Did starting your day this way make a difference? In what ways did this day improve for you?
Tip: Keep the List Going!
Feeling extra grateful today? Don’t stop at three! Keep the list going and see how much joy you can create.

Day 3

Appreciate all your blessings in the NOW

The Power of Gratitude: Appreciating What You Have to Achieve Your Dreams
It’s easy to get caught up in pursuing the next big goal and forget to appreciate the progress you’ve already made. Gratitude practice is a powerful motivator. Take a moment to reflect on all that you’ve accomplished and what you currently have. Expressing gratitude for your present circumstances can help you recognize the value of your hard work and discipline, and fuel your drive to pursue your future dreams and goals.

Day 4

Recognizing Life’s Simple Blessings

It’s easy to take life’s little joys for granted and brush them off as “normal.” For instance, waking up to a new day, receiving kind gestures from loved ones, and carrying out our daily routines in a healthy body. It’s common to hear the phrase “same old sh*t, different day.” If you knew that today was your last day, and somehow you were granted another chance to live, waking up to a new day would be the greatest gift imaginable!

Day 5

The Power of Gratitude

It’s easy to get caught up in pursuing our dreams and striving for the next big achievement. Taking a moment to be grateful of our accomplishments can be incredibly rewarding. Don’t overlook what you have already achieved; take some time to reflect on your accomplishments and express your gratitude.
By doing this, you will come to appreciate all of your hard work and dedication that has gotten you to where you are today. This renewed sense of appreciation will inspire you to continue working towards your dreams and goals with renewed energy and passion.

Day 6

Self reflection and Journaling

Embracing Grateful Living Beyond the 7-Day Challenge

Congratulations, you have completed the gratitude challenge! Let’s work towards Grateful living, apply gratitude practice in our daily lives.
The challenge i designed to be a fleeting experience. It is meant to help us learn more about gratitude practice and how we can incorporate it in our daily life. My personal experience with the challenge was breathtaking.

Here are some ways I learned to express gratitude throughout the challenge:
Writing down three blessings at the end of each day
Dancing, walking, singing or working out with gratitude in mind
Appreciating the things I normally take for granted
Expressing gratitude towards others
Ultimately, the challenge taught me that gratitude is the shortest route to happiness.

Love and Light
